Reigning African, Commonwealth, World champion, Gold Medalist, and World recorder holder, Oluwatobiloba “Tobi” Amusan Tobi Amusan has been announced as the brand ambassador for Premium Trust Bank.
The deal will see the star athlete’s face featured on all of the Bank’s traditional and digital media platforms.
The brand endorsement deal was secured by Tobi Amusan’s Brand Management agents, The Plug Entertainment, a leading Nigerian-based sport management company owned by The Plug, recently signed on to market and brand the athlete’s Off-the-Field Interests in Africa.
Announcing the brand endorsement deal at a press briefing to journalists, Lanre Vigo, the Head of Sports at Plug Entertainment Limited, expressed satisfaction with the endorsement deal for the star athlete.
“Tobi Amusan is very pleased with the deal. We feel Premium Trust Bank’s vision in supporting young athletes in Nigeria aligns perfectly with her brand and her dreams for the country. We are looking forward to this Partnership with Premium Trust Bank,” he noted.

The endorsement deal is expected to run for three years and will help in supporting Tobi Amusan’s preparation for the Accra 2023 African Games, Budapest 2023 World Athletics Championships, and the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics Games.
Plug Sports also manage other sports personalities including soccer players Henry Onyekuru, Asisat Oshoala, and Clement Ugah.
